There is something about the tone of these captions that I can't put my finger on . . . it reminds me of some author or poet ... maybe what's-his-face from Prairie Home Companion? I don't think that's it, though.
At any rate, perhaps you should be writing books of photo essays in your spare time. Actually, you do know about Blurb.com don't you? It will take your blog and turn it into a book! :-) Could be a great gift for grandparents!
